GENERAL ORDER NO. 2Eead-Quarters Mountain Brigade ofPennsylvania Volunteers in theService of tlie United States.Camp Crosman, Oct. 4, 1861.In pursuance of the authority vested in me, I this day assume command of the forces in and near these Head-Quarters.Lieut. B. M. Monnow,(Murray Regiment,) is hereby appointed Post Adjutant, and will be obeyed as such.Captains of Companies, and chiefs of squads, are required to report to him at Ilead-Quarters immediately, and every morning hereafter, the precise condition of their respective commands.The irClcllan Regiment will report through' their Adjutant.\v.\'r. a.
