1 The will of Emetine J. Cannon has ' been admitted to probate in the circuit court. After tier just debts are paid the bequeaths the remainder of her estate to her sister* Mar E. Cannon, to hold for life, and after her death to her sister's children, George H., John W., Frank 0., H. Ray, and Eva L. Cannon Brooks, shire and share alike. She names her sister as execntrix of the will which was made February 10,1891, and is witnessed by George V. Howk, Margaret Howk and Margaret A. Wier.
