Young, Crew Will Be Buried In Single Rite At Ft. BlissWarrant . Officer Stephen Yniing, 21, mid both in embers of his helicopter will he buried together in Ft. Bliss National Cemetery at 10 a. in. Young, 930 Catlc Del Sol.Young’s lather said he is not sure of the identify of the other two crash victims but knows that one wns from Californio and the other from Illinois. One was the clcw observer and the other was a gunner, he said.The Young family was notified this week that their son was killed in action. He wns previously listed as missing in action until completion of an in* vcstigation.Maj. Gen. Kenneth G. Wickham, adjutant general of the Army, told Young’s parents that the remains of the three fliers were so badly burned it was “not possible to make identifi-cation.”Young’s rrnisin was killed ill Vietnam Aug. 28, 1968 very near the same* spot where the local man died Young’s parents said, nicy said the cousin was a member of the 25lh Infantry Division and that their son was supporting the 25th Division Artillery when shot down.In addition to his parents, Youug is survived by two sisters, Andrea and Jeanne, both at home; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. It. Ho attended New Mexico State University during the H)G6-’87 school year, in the .summer of 19(17 and the full term of i!lii7.Young enlisted in (hi* Army March 5, 1968 and look basic training al lrt. Polk,. La. lie attended basic helicopter school al Ft. WoUers, Tex., and look advanced helicopter training atFt, Rucker, Ala. IJe was gradual ed last Feb. 11.Young arrived in Vietnam March 10 this year.
