SAN ANTONIO—David R Harvey, son of Dale R Harvey of 513 Fernridge Court, Sunnyvale, has been commissioned a second lieutenant in the U S. Air Force upon graduation from Officer Training School at Lackland AFB, TexasLieutenant Harvey, selected through competititve examinations for attendance at the §chool, now goes to Lowry AFB, Colo , for training and duty as an imagery intelligence officerThe lieutenant, a 1966 graduate of Lompoc senior High School, received a B A degree in 1973 at Califor-nia State University at Hayward and earned a M A%rdegree in 1977 at the University of California at Davis His wife.
