One Of Four Sons In Service Is KilledCOLORADO CITY, Nov. 25—A second message from the war de-, partment has informed Mrs. Lena Mann, Colorado City, that Cpl. j Nat L. Mann, 21, the youngest of her four sons in service was“killed over the Mediterranean area” on Nov. 7. Details of his death were not given. A previous telegram told Mrs. Mann that her son was missing.Graduate of Colorado City high school with the class of ’41, he began air corps training in March 1943 at Sheppard Field. He received his aerial engineer gunner’s wings at Fort Myers, Fla., in March of this year. He left for foreign duty the latter part of October as member of a B-i6crew.His brother, Sgt. Billie S. Mann. Is in the front lines, somewhere in Italy with the medical corps of the army. Another brother. Pvt. Tom Clay Mann, is in training with army engineers at Alexandria, La., while the third brother, Virgil A. Mann, seaman second class, is stationed with the coast guard at New Orleans, La. They are the sons of the late Charles Mann, Sr., pioneer Mitchell county rancher.
