Monument to Penna. Troops Unveiled.Frederick, Md., Nov. 25.—A monument on the Monocacy battlefield, erected by the state of Pennsylvania to the memory of Its troops, the Sixty-seventh, Eighty-seventh and One Hundred and Thirty-eighth Volunteer Infantry, which took part in that en gagement, was unveiled, Captain W. H. Lanlus, of York, Pa., chairman of the monument commission, formally presenting it to the commonwealth ir. behalf of which it was accepted by Lieutenant Governor Murphy, of Penn sylvania, who was attended by the governor’s military staff. An address was delivered by Captain Robert T. Cornwell, of West Chester, Pa.
