Vets Enroute to Old BattlefieldPennsylvania Soldiers Wlio Repulsed ften, Early Are Honored.Gen. Harry White, T. P. Stephens, Alex. P. Watson, aod Isaae Beck, veterans of the 67th Regiment, P. V. I.,left this morning for Monoeacy,Md.p near Frederick Junction, where on Tuesday they attend the;:dedication of a monument erected there by the State of Pennsylvania. Gov„ Stuart and party will assist la the exercises.Gen. Barry White was colonel of the 67th when that command, as a part of the Sixth Army corps, repulsed Gen. Early and raved the national canital. On the day of the battle, July 7,1864, Gen. White, however, was not present a8 he had just escaped from a prison in Georgia, and was trying to reach Sherman's lines. Other Pennsylvania regiments at Monocacy were the 87tb and the 138tb.
