Hudson, 20, son of Mrs. Ruth Hudson, 2910 East Ninth, Joplin, and Ralph Hudson, Sullivan, was one of 15 Marines killed Wednesday in the crash of a Marine helicopter on a South Vietnam mountain, according to information received Friday by relatives.The helicopter was returning from a mercy mission when it crashed into the Que Son mountains about 22 miles southwest of Da Nang. The wreckage was found Thursday and a Marine ground team recovered the bodies.Cpl. Sisson,19, her sister Lucille M. Sisson,20, both of Picher, Okla., and Robadean M. Frost, 39. Baxter Springs, Kan.They were arrested shortly before 1 pm. at Third and Lyon by police who followed their car from its parking place on the east side of the square.Police said thev received a tip from an employe of Ramsaysreporting she had followed thethree women out of the store after certain items of clothing were discovered missing. She followed them to a convertible bearing an Oklahoma license plate, which was parked on the east side of the square. Police were summoned and waited until the women returned to the vehicle. They were followed to Third and Lyon where the arrest was made.The women admitted to the theft of several items at Ramsays, TGY and J. C. Penney company.Police arrest twoCarthage police late Friday logged two arrests. Jack Seitz, 44, Nevada, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. at Oak and Garrison on charges of leaving the scene of an accident. He was released after posting $75 bond.Gerald Louis Hill, 17, 610 Cedar, was stopped at 11:20 p.m. at Third and Garrison on a charge of careless and imprudent driving. He was released later Friday on his own recognizance.Hill and Seitz are slated for appearances in municipal court.Minor truck fireCarthage firemen were summoned at 7:26 am. today to Pine and Garrison where a truck was reported ablaze.
