Pa.. chairman of the commission to erect a monument on the Mooocacy battlefield to the memory of Pennsylvania troops, completed arrangements today for the unveiling of the monument Tuesday.Governor Stuart, of Pennsylvania, and bis ptaff will be here. They will come In a special car over the Northern Central railroad from York on Tuesday morning, and from Frederick the car will he run over the tracks of the Baltimore and Ohio road to the battlefield at Frederick Junction. The dedicating address will be delivered by Capt. Robert T. Cornwell, of West Cheater, Pa., and the monument will be received on behalf of Pennsylvania by Governor Stuart. Between 200 and 300 survivors will be present.The monument is a 33 foot shaft of Vermont granite and occupies a spot in the thick of the fight at Monocaey. It is the second monument erected on the field.
