Ool. Robert E. Neubauer, squadron commander, on the basis of his management of the maintenance Support section. The section received an outstanding rating on a Maintenance Standard-i z ft t i o n Evaluation check recently.AH sections received a perfect rating except one which received a 95 per cent mark. Theevaluation team chief statedthat this was the highest rating he has ever known to be given an Air Force Communications Service unit. Neubauer, 2021st commander.Sergeant Boyles was cited for his meritorious service as an air traffic control operator with the 1878th Communications Squadron in Southeast Asia.
