Orok on this, u* upon many occasions, bespoke the 1 loyal, generous, self-sacrificing heart of the man He was followed by otheriJ-y. ,speakers, who voiced the same ex pres*! sions and vouchsafed the doctor many kind tributes.Some of the speakers Were; Hominkm Police Commissioner David Clapp, Timber Inspector Fred Fischer, Indian Agent K, Taylor, \V. Hirst, Mr Jamieson of tia Hudson’s Bay railway engineers, B. M. stilt of The Fas town council, Dr. Kobcrtson and others.An enthusiastic reception was given Dr. Orok us he arose to reply to the toast.He was visibly affected by the kindly feelings expressed towards him, and very I briefly recounted the many personal friends he owned in The Fas, and of the fine way they chose to express their grant witt at this time.
