Forspeclal reasons, the troops at tho PoBt about to bo established on the Rio Graude, opposite El Paso, Department of Texas, will, for the present, be under tho order of the Commander of the Department of New Mexico.6. Tho recordB of the Eastern and Western Divisions will be transferred to the Headquarters of tho Departments of the East and West respectively.
