Brown the Review is permitted to publish the following letter, which had been misdirected, and finally returned to the writer, who has sent it on to Mr. Brown, and wife, who had just receiyedait. Mr. Brown stated to the writer that he was pleased to receive it, as Oran had often spoken in the highest terms of his officers, and his comrades in the service.
