Lt. Col. and Mrs. Earl B. Van Blarcom are charter members of the Star of Germany; Mrs. Van Blarcorri is Conductress and Col. Van Blarcom is chairman of the Board of Trustees. Mrs. Van Blarcom is the former La Verne McCoun, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. McCoun, and was in-iated into the Order of the Eastern Star by Kerrville Chapter 24, Ktrrville, Texas.Lt. Col Van Blarcom is with the Office of Comptroller, Headquarters, United State Air Forces in Europe. Mj s. Van Blarcom and daughters arrived in Germany in March, 1952, and the family now resides in Wiesbadtn. They will return to the United States inAugust, 1954.
