Zook of Route 2, and husband of the former Miss Carolyn S. Mc-Cutcheon of 600 W. Ave. D, all of Belton, Tex., is .serving aboard the destroyer USS Eversole off the coast of Vietnam.His ship has come upon a new way of finding enemy bunkers called, “Run, Charlie, Run.”While hunting for a reported enemy bunker with the aid of a spotter, destroyer fire chased an enemy soldier all over the target area. As the ship’s salvo»‘s came i closer to the enemy, he dove into the bunker the destroyer had been looking for.The bunker was destroyed with the next .salvo.The Long Beach-based destroyer has earned the reputation as the “Bunker Blaster.” While firing in support of the Third Marine Division, the ship’s five-inch 38 caliber guns destroyed or damaged nearly sixty bunkers and one concrete structure, silenced four mortars and an anti-aircraft site, caused five secondary explosions and fires, and claimed 10 enemy killed.r\
