Nick Rahall will be present at the World War I Memorial Building in Kimball on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 2-4 p.m., for arecognition and book-signing honoring Sylvester C. Myers. Stephens, E.Ray Williams, Kimball Mayor Randy DeLoach, Keystone Mayor Buck • Wade, Bramwell Mayor Louise Stoker, Don Kinnard, Kelly B. Gresby, Jeff Pierson and Steve Grey. Myers is a McDowell County native, Korean War Veteran, engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and a successful independent businessman.
