Robert Strawbridge,,1 served with£ Robert James Strawbridge, 54, formerly of jj Franklin, died Oct. 27 ** in his home in Placen-ie tia, Calif. l' A son of Glenn Burton and Mina Hazel Courson Strawbridge, he was born in Franklin May 25, 1929 and he attended high school here, ad He worked at of Brown’s Boot Shop rid and the National Meat on Market before enter-m- ing the Army in 1953. ng He was in service dur-ng ing the Korean con-at flict, and was assigned to Germany it- and also served with le, the 109th Field Artil-al lery at Fort Attleber-le- ry, Ind.m After his discharge tic he went to California n- and had worked in an industrial plant there nt as foreman for about id 30.years.id He is survived by one sister, Mary Jane Strawbridge Sutley of Franklin; two daughters, Debbie Lynn Hial of Franklin, and ) Crystal Sue Ogan ofArmyROBERTSTRAWBRIDGETorrance, Calif.
