(A committee representing the fraternal societies of the city met in the engineer’s cilice bolero the regular meeting in the council chamber and arranged for all the fraternal organ-1* izations to turu out in one body, with u the Uniformed Bank K. of I5.‘in the lead and the I. O. O. F. Militant bringing up the rear, making a fraternal division.Tiiis plan was very satisfactory to the committee and the Grand Marshal was instructed bo give them a'place in the parade. They will assemble at the 1. O. O. F. hall, Fifth aud Court streets, at least one hour before the arrival of Co. II. The two uuiformed bodies are requested to get together two hours , before the arrival of the train. II. IC. Bratt will be the division captain and will repot t to and be under the direction of the Grand Marshal of the day. This body will be several hundred strong and will make an impos ing appearance.; Hetiry Scott was present in behalf of the colored citizens and asked for a place for two hundred in the parade. Jle was directed to perfect his organization and report to the Grand Marshal, who would give them a good place.The Grand Marshal reported that he had heard from the G. A. B, the public schools as a body, and tiie secret societies of the city and that all would turn out, in their full strengbli and he given positions in the parade.
