Allen Wilkinton Die*Word Wiis received here today of the death of Allen Wilkinson, at his home in Indianapolis, foU • lowing an attack of heart trouble one week a^o.Mr. Wilkinson was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wilkinson, former Oxford residents, anrl had spent his boyhood days in Oxford. He was seventy years of ago a; the time of his doath. Tor many years he had been engaged in Lhe lumber business at which he was vnry successful ,Mr. Wilkinson is survived by the widow, Mrs. Nnrniie Greer Wilkinson, who ia a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William W. Greer, former Oxford residents; also by one brother, Samuel, of Cleveland, and one sister, Mrs. Hannah Thompson, of this place.Funeral services be held inthe Indianapolis home Wednesday and the body put into a vault in that city, until the. Wilkinson mminolcura ia completed in Oxford cemetery.
