Roy Lembke graduatesRoy K. Lembke, son of Roy H. and Lee I^embke of 1634Elm Drive, Havre, wascommissioned a second lieutenant upon graduation from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N Y., May 25 and awarded a bachelors degree in management.The military academy is a four-year educational institution with the task of training young Americans to become professional Army officers In addition to the military training, the academy stresses academics, intramural and intercollegiate athletics and other extracurricular activities The lieutenant is scheduled to attend pilot training at Port Rucker, Ala., following training in the infantry branch at Fort Henning, Ga He is a 1979 graduate of Billings Senior High School
