He will be selected to attend one of the more than 400 tecihnieail training courses offered by the Air Force or will be given | a direct assignment to a job in | one odf the A r Force commands i up on his completion of military training.He wiiU be given ne»cesss.ar orientation, indoctrination and pro cesiing to assiist him in making the transition from civilian to military life while here. His future training and job assignment wll be determined through a series of aptitude tests and individual! interviews to determine his prior experience, training and desires.The length of his duty here wiiU be either tour or eleven weeks, depending upon the training or thejob for which he is found to be most qualified.
