A FULL, FOUR-YEAR Navy ROTC scholarsliip amounting to approximately $16,600 was officially presented Friday to Robert friDeegan, left, a graduating senior at Washington High School. UMaking the presentation is Chief Petty Officer Bill Larcamp of the heMassillon area Navy Recruiting office. Deegan is the son of Dr. Uiand Mrs. Robert T. Deegan of 1825 11th st NE. Dr. Deegan is a dentist. The young Deegan plans to take pre-medicine courses at Miami University in OxforcL He will be commissioned as a naval 10ensign upon graduation from Miami.
