SCHOLARSHIP WINNER — Dailey D. Brown Jr., 1207 Bonham, ROTC instructor at Odessa High School, presents an Army ROTC scholarship to OHS graduating senior Leroy H. Sherman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Olin Rimmer, 1222 North Washington. The award is for four years, pays all tuition, textbook and fees and provides the, recipient with a 5100 - a - month allowance. Sherman plans to study foreign languages at the University ofHawaii.Phntrri
