IN GERMANY —-Sgt.. Oliver (Frog) Kirby, 35,- whose wife and five-year-old daughter, Sandra Gayle, live in Goldsboro, is serving with the 281_st engineers combat battalion in the Third Army in Germany. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. 0. K. Kirby of Abilene, and before entering service was employed by a building contractor here.
