The Military Inspection.The special inspection of the Oshkosh Rifles took place last evening by Adjutant General Chapman at Neffs Hall. It began at 8 o’clock. The company was commanded by Capt. J. N. Ruby. The matters referred to yesterday were straightened out by Capt,Ruby banding his resignation to General Chapman. The company mustered thirty-nine men last night. The company will hold a meeting this evening for the formality of re-electing E. F. Henderson as captain so that he can receive a commission.
