PVT. JOSEPH I). WALLER, right, son of Mrs. Pearl Mailer of R. R.2, Harrisburg, receives the American Spirit of Honor Medal as outstanding graduate of the Leadership School, Chemical Replacement Training Center, at Fort McClellan, Ala., from Lt. Col. Edgar V. H. Bell, commanding officer of the center. Looking on is Lt. John Vestal, commandant of the leadership school. Pvt. Mailer, who was inducted in the Army last October, was graduated from Harrisburg Township I high school in 1948. He completed basic training at Fort McClellan before entering leadership school. (U.
