I have Lieutenants• Clwith me who have had 10 years of Regular Army experience and know all about the *army. All the enlisted men are colored conscripts but we will make soldiers cut of them. 1 could tell many things that the people would like to know but have not the time, neither am I permitted so just tell the people to keep on subscribing to the Y.
