Re-Enlists in Navy; On Way to BikiniOn his way to the Bikini atomic bomb test is Paul J. Spiesman, SF3c, veteran of 3% years of. Navy service who re-enlisted for four more years on March 27.He left Treasure Island, Calif., on May 8 aboard the transport Rockingham.The sailor enlisted the first time on July 9, 1942, and entered combat in North Africa. He served on the flagship of amphibious forces in the Mediterranean area and saw active duty on the Pacific on the aircraft carrier Windham Bay. He was discharged last December.
