Robert has been in the Air Force for thepast two years, ‘.,tA couple of weeks ago, an-oher Umatilla boy, Carl Perry Merrill was assigned to the same Air Force Base. The boys had not met yet, they were from the same town, Umatilla. After Merrill had been there for a few days, they met and found they were only three barracks apart.
