MAN KNOWN HERE IS ADC ACADEMY GRADIgnacio, Cal.—Master Sergeant Charles W. Fikes, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Fikes of Birmingham, Ala., has graduated from the Air Defense Command (ADC) Senior Non commissioned Officer Academy at Hamilton AFB. Calif.Sgt. Fikes, who received advanced leadership and management training, is assigned to an ADC unit at Tyndall AFB, Fla. His squadron supports the ADC misAon of defending the continental U. S. against enemy air attack.The serveant’s wife, Phyllis, is the daughter of Mrs. J. O. Paschal of Glen Rose. A graduate of Cordova (Ala.) High School, he attended the University of Alabama.
