Dr. John Cooper, Winebrenner Seminary, officiated.Mr. and Mrs. Paul Payne, 257 S. Main St., McComb, are the parents of the bride, the former Marsha Payne. A 1973graduate of McComb High School, the bride is a secretary for Milligan and Green, CPA’s.Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Brown, Route 5, graduated from MHS in 1972 and he served three years in the U. S. Army. The bridegroom is employed at Budd Co., North Baltimore.A reception was given in the bride’sparent’s home May 8.
