SOUTH DAKOTA STATK University Army and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) students were recently cited for excellence. More than 30 cadets were presented awards during an annual Governor's Day ceremony when Gov. Richard Kneip was on hand to review the ROTC Corps Among the award winners was Air Force Cadet Maj.
