Army Man Hilt Recruiting HereSpec. 4 Mark HiltArmy Spec. 4 Mark Hilt, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hilt, 1230 Somerset Dr., is one of two members of his 5,000-member Army post to be chosen toreturn to his home area for temporary duty as an assistant recruiter for the U.S. Army in Europe.Hilt is working out of the Army Recruiting Office, 101 E. Milwaukee St., to obtain volunteers for the Army in general and Europe specifically. He is regularly assigned as a TOW (Tube launched optically traced wire command linked) missile anti-tank gunner on Company CS of the 509th Infantry Airborne Battalion CombatTeam in Verona, Italy.He expects to be on recruiting duty here at least 45 days.Hilt is a graduate of Craig High School class of ’72 and was employed at Mr. Steak while in school.
