Two Peru Residents Taking Basic TrainingTwo Peru residents, Herman E. Case, 21, of 41S Madison, and John E. Dingman, 21, of 313 N. Fremont St.. have enlisted in the Army and are receiving basic military training at Fort Knox, Ky.Case, son of Mr, and Mrs. Dave Case, will receive technical training in heavy equipment mechanics following his initial training.Dingman, son of Mrs. Esther L. Dingman, will be trained irt helicopter maintenance at Fort Eustis. Va., after his basic training.
