A Court* martial.—A CQiirt of ia-ciniry, appointed Uy Governor Curtin* to examine into various charges made against Colonel Win. Frisbmuth, of the One Hundred and Thirteenth Regiment, is now iusession in ibis city. The court consists of the following members: Colonel R. Butler Price, Fifty*ninth Regiment', Peter Io le, of the Ninetieth Regiment * Colonel H. J. Stainroofe, One Hundred and Ninth Regiment. Lieutenant James B. Rodgers, quartermaster of tho Ono Hundred and Ninth, is judge advocate.
