The art technique will be a secondary factor in judging, since the principal purpose of the contest is to foster original ideas.Entries must not be larger than 24 by 36 inches, should be executed or mounted on heavy card-boarc. and mailed flat, if possible. Ail entries will become the property of the Army and all posters or ideas are subject to use. Each contestant is required to print hisfull name, grade, serial number, APO number and nome address on the back of his en.ry. All entries should be mailed before May 30 to: Poster Contest.
