Condition of W;ll Dougan Reported Very LowWord was received this morn-id^: by Mrs. Ida M. Oougan that her son, Will Dougan, who was seriously injured Sunday after-! noon in an aeroplane wreck at Elkhart, Kan., was very low and in a very serious condition.Details of the wreck have not been received to any great ex-' tent, but it was learned this ] morning that Lieut. Dougan was : on his way to his headquarters at Hugoton from some other point where he’had been on an exhibition flight, and while on a straight away, the plane broke in .two in the middle; the crash resulting.. *
