Picou, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. John R Picou, Bloomfield, rte. three, received tiie Bronze Star Medal near Cu Chi Vietnam.Sgi Picou wa presented the award for meritorious service in connection with military operations against hostile forces in Vietnam while assigned as chief of houitzer section in Battery C, 2d Battalion of the 25th Infantry Division's 77th Artillery.The sergeant entered the Army in September 1968 and com pleted basic training at Ft.
