Honor Resurrection's Lieutenant GriffinHoly Name and Altar and Rosary societies of Resurrection parish honored the Rev. John P. Griffin recently when he was commissioned a chaplain in the navy with the rank of senior lieutenant. Presenting Lieut. Griffin with a purse are Leo Sage, vice-president of the HolyName society, and Mrs. Harry Ryan, president of the Altar and Rosary society. With Lieut. Griffin is the Right Rev'. Msgr. M. J.
