Announcement that nearly one-third of the soldiers at new Camp Atterbury will be colored troops has created another problem for Columbus and Franklin authorities, already harassed by the staggering task of making preparations for the huge influx of soldiers and civilians to those two cities. An Army officer has stated that present plans call for Camp Atterbury housing 29,-000 men, of whom 9,000 will be colored. Since neither Columbus nor Franklin has a large Negro population, the Brass Hats of the two towns now must worry about providing off-duty recreation, eating places and whatnot for 9,000 colored soldiers.no rvnr Vinrl n f i. t________• a
