Transpires.—Col. Wm, P, Lyon’s regiment, the old 13th Wiaconsiiijhaa been transfered from its old corps, the 20th, tothe 3d Div. A. C. The 13th is celebrated as the most perfectly disciplined regiment in the service from Wisconsin, and it well deserves the reputation it bears. Its ctfm-xnandcr, Col. Lyon, is now oommandant of this Post, which position he assumed on the promotion of Col.
