While his wife was watching the quilters, Jungen walked around the clothing section of the store.He spied an Air Force summer dress uniform hanging in the back. The uni-washisIDform stamped Military inside, J-7581.It was the very uniform he onceare the saidwore.“What odds,”Jungen, who lives in Orange. “”My hat was still in the pocket”.Jungen served in the Air Fbrce from November 1961 -1965. He was stationed in Guam and worked on the airplanes that went to Vietnam. He was stationed there when the first bombing of Vietnam was done using B-52s.The Jungen’s have no idea how the uniform arrived at The Thrift and Gift Shop.
