R. Mus-selman, Kroger vice president in charge of Chicago operations, and Jack Davis, vice president for Wisconsin.Shuford. who will be 65 in April, started his grocery career in 1927 as manager of a Consumer Sanitary Butter Coffee store at 3209 Washington Ave. and transferred to a store at Waukegan, 111.. in 1928, returning to Racine in 1933 to manage the store on Monument Square.
