Capt.Melville Creusere, regular army instructor on duty with the SedaliaIIunit assisted in the inspection.General A. V. Adams, Ad jr.-Gen-eral of Missouri, Capt. Engelbrecht |and Capt. Lee Yaple all of GeneralAdams* headquarters at JeffersonCity were present.Capt. D. S. Jones, regular army iinstructor of the regiment withheadquarters in Columbia also took •part in the inspection. He was ac-!eompanied to Sedalia by Capt. RolfRaynor and Capt. Charles H. Barkhire.Major John Moore accompaniedby Lieut. Myron Gray and Lieut.!A. W. Figler were present for theinspection from Clinton.It was said that the local unitis at present in the best conditionit has been since organization in1920. Capt. Eugene J. Hansman isrow in charge of the Battalion.Lieut. Elliott W. Salmons is temporarilv in charge of the headquarters company during leave ofits regular officer.
