S. troops were being slowly embarked on tbe steamer Webster, and the Rusk will return immediately from this city for tbe purpose of carrying away those who cannot be taken by tbe Webster.Tbe volunteers who remain on tbe Rio Grande 11 have enlisted fora term of six months; and are oflicered as follows :Col.
