S$i. JohnPuff fs DischargedSTAFF SGT. JOHN J. PUTT,age 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob M. Putt of_ 3402 Wi Philadelphia street, Indiana, was given him honorable medical discharge from the U, S. Army, March 2, 1944.Sgt. Putt enlisted here Jan. 4. 2041 and was sent to Iceland Sept. 24 of the same year. From there he went to England and thence lo Sicily where he was wounded in action Nov. 15, 1043. He was a member of the Medical Corp during his service overseas. He was returned, to the U.
