In 1921 he purchased m nterest in the Monroe theat er and retired in 1928 He diedNov. 15, 1940.Mrs. Geiger remained active oeyond her years, until late months. She had assisted with ne small tasks about her home, and worked with her plants and lowers. It was not unusual to see her about the yard dig-ng out the dandelions. L. Kedman, ill of Monroe. and Mrs. Louise Freese. Janesville, and a son, Thomas Geiger. Madison: t w obrothers, Thomas and John Zweifel, both of New Glarus; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and six great greatgrandchildren. Two sons, John and Henry, preceded her in death, along with three sisters, Mmes Ellen Mueller, WilliamEngler Sr. and Victor Babler.Services will be held at 2 p. m Wednesday in the Stuessy funeral home. Rev. Paul H. Olm, pastor of St. John’s church of which she was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. Friends may call atthe funeral home after noon toMRS.
