Wisconsin Nurse Dies of WoundsWashington —(if1)-—The war department reported yesterday the sixth death of the army nurse coips unit which was subjected to a Nazi bombing attack on the Anzjo beachhead in Italy several weeks i agoShe wag Lieut. Ellen Ainsworth, daughter of Guy H. Ainsworth of Glen wood City, Wig. She died on February 16, as a result of wounds receded in the raid.
