InaprctPd Sites For Monument.[Special Dispatch to the Baltimore Sun.J . Frederick. Md., March 16.—Capt. W. H. I^ntna, of York, Pa., chairman of the commission appointed to auperlnteod the erection of a monument to the Pennsylvania troops which fought In the Monocacy battle, and Captain Cornwell, of West Chester, another member of the commlaalon, were here Saturday to make an Inspection of the sites suggested for the monument when the commission'was here several months ago. Accompanied by Major E. Y. Goldaboro, who also fought In that engagement, two sites were gone over, one of which will be selected later.
