A Mr. Richard Cotter 92 years old and a soldier in the war of 1812, died iii CasS'icountv recently. Tiewas fof mahy years a sailor and an exchange says of him : “The sun of every clime 011 the globe has shone upon his face. He was very reticent about his early history, and he died without a relative, so far as is known. He was buried in the’ Potters’ Field.”
